• Hastings Environmental Protectors Member
Kelsey has a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs and is currently pursuing her PhD. She also has a Master’s in Statistics from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Wellesley College.
Kelsey grew up in Northern Illinois before leaving for college, traveling with the military, and settling down in Hastings. Kelsey is the mother of two amazing children and a proud military spouse, daughter, and granddaughter.
